At the ArtRanch at Safan in Fiddletown we have set out to create an artspace for urban artists to create new works, expand their horizons preserve their writing for the long term on legal walls. We have a collection of large trailers and vehicles that we have designated as canvasses for your creative expressions and we will not ever run out of space for you to paint, so come on up. Check out the extensive article about the ArtRanch in the Sunday edition of the Sacramento Bee Scene Section from June 3rd, written by Bob Sylva!

We are about 45 minutes from Downtown Sacto on 50 acres and you can stay up here if you are working on a project that will keep you around for several days. We usually have a small budget set aside to commission works; all work seeking a commission must be planned out either on paper or digitally and must be pre-approved. Right now though, comission dollars are scarce, but if you would like to just come up and wing-it, we can help pay for paint and give you a comfortable place to write where you will not be at risk of coming into trouble with the law. Just write or give us a call at 209 245 6165
